Ceramic mug, mainly blue with a gold trim and gold decoration along the rim. Closer to the middle the blue fades out to display a man reading the " Deutsch Amerikan Farmer" newspaper. On the bottom is neatly printed in gold, "Compliments off Lincoln, Neb. Deutsch-Amerikan Farmer."

A very discolored, white ribbon from the 1914 convention of the German-American Alliance in Nebraska. Everything is printed in black print and in German. On the top is "Gerretet um zu retten" with the seal of the alliance printed below. The seal displays a globe with a white cross over it. Below the ribbon continues, "Dreiundzwanzigfte Jahrige", "Konvention der Frauen Auswartigen Millions Dereine, Lincoln diftrift." "26 bis Mai, 1914 in Lincoln, Nebraska."
