This collection consists of a photocopy of the minutes of meetings for the Humboldt Bryan Club of Humboldt, Nebraska. The minutes date from August 16 to October 13, 1900. The club business revolved around getting William Jennings Bryan elected as President of the United States in November of 1900. The photocopy includes names of members as well as mention of the Ladies Bryan Club and their members.

Included are photographs of street scenes; parades; a chautauqua; and buildings, such as churches, schools, homes, libraries, and courthouses. There are also photographs of oil fields and dynamite crews working on a drainage ditch.

She taught school to earn money for a higher education and attended the University of Nebraska. Ida married Alpheus B. Cornelius on February 24, 1889, and had three daughters: Amy, Carol, and Floy. The couple lived in a farm northeast of Humboldt, Nebraska, until 1937, when they retired and moved into the town of Humboldt. This collection relates to the life and family of Ida Rebecca Brockman Cornelius. This collection consists of photographic prints of the Cornelius Family, related families, and friends.
