Overcoat, dress, navy blue, double breasted and can button on either left or right side, knee length coat, back of coat is nicely pleated near slit. Eighteen large buttons on front, gold half of a circle, "Equality before the Law/Nebraska," is on buttons with a farm scene. There is also three smaller buttons with same decoration. The coat is machine sewn with some handsewing, bottom edge of coat is not hemmed, it has just been cut. A gold braid was to be worn with the uniform. No shoulder loops.

Adult moccasins made of leather with hard sole and decorated with glass beads. The leather is cut in a straight inside line to toe with a straight cut stand-up cuff. Leather thong laces wrap around the ankle through slits in the skin. An elongated trapezoidal tongue is cut from a separate piece of leather. The moccasins are decorated with glass beads in colors of dark blue, light blue, light green, yellow, red white hearts, and white. Two V-shaped areas of beads with a longitudinal dividing stripe named for their resemblance to buffalo tracks are on the instep. The dividing stripe between the V shaped area contains multicolored stripes. The base of the moccasin has a band of light blue beads

One pair of small adult moccasins made of leather with hard sole and decorated with glass beads. The leather is cut in a straight inside line to toe with a back seam and high, folded over ankle flaps cut from a separate piece of leather. The moccasins are decorated with glass and beads in colors of dark blue, yellow, white heart red, yellow and white. The design is of a square, with 4 crescents extending from it, two diamonds and a triangle shape with a forked bottom. The leather tongue is made of a separate piece of leather and attached to the moccasin with sinew. The beads are attached with sinew and overlay stitch. The insides of the moccasins are lined with light colored cotton lining.

Small circular leather beaded bag with looped fringe and long beaded neck strap. The front of the bag is decorated with geometric beadwork that has been applied in a yellow and dark blue grid. The outer edge of the bag is decorated with white heart red and white beads that are placed in a striped design, using the lazy stitch and sinew. The seams of the bag are finished with a row of yellow and dark blue beads. Loops of red, green, dark blue and white heart red beads are attached to the outer edges of the bag. The long strap is made of a two twisted strands of white heart red and white beads. The back of the bag is undecorated.

Rectangular leather bag with beaded fringe, beaded handle and beaded decoration. Bag has a curved flap at the top. Side seams are hand sewn using a thick cotton cord. Beaded fringe is attached to the bag with thin thread. Fringe is made of black, crossed and looped beads, with attached dangling strands of black and teal blue beads attached through the end loop. The beadwork on the front of the bag is geometric and attached to the leather with lazy stitch and sinew. The beadwork is white, with white heart red, yellow, green, light blue, pale blue and purple beads. Motifs include arrows. Set 11284- 4, 7, 8. Men's leather pants. Possibly made of elk hide. Fly closes with bronze metal buttons. The side seams of the pants are trimmed with long cut fringe. Pants have 2 front pockets. The edges of the pants are trimmed with green silk. The fronts of the pants are decorated with floral beadwork motifs arranged in a chain formation. Each beaded shape is outlined with white beads and filled in pink, green, blue and red beads. The beads are attached to the leather with sinew and running stitch.

Small beaded lizard amulet made of two pieces of light colored leather. Top is beaded with a stripe and check motif. Beads used in the design are: white heart red, dark blue, white and light blue. The beaded design features dark blue stripes divided by white stripes that have red beaded squares spaced in them. The amulet is firmly stuffed with an unknown substance. The lizard has 4 legs that are made of strips of leather that are wrapped with strands of blue beads. Each "leg" has a pair of tin cones attached to them with leather strips. Fragments of red feathers are attached to the center of each cone. The beads are attached to the leather with sinew using lazy stitch.

Leather knife sheath with parfleche back and short beaded tail. Thin beaded handle; fully beaded front; undecorated back; lazy stitch; sinew -sewn. Beaded design on front is geometric with a white background and triangle and square motifs. Bead colors used are: white, dark blue, white heart red. A short tail hangs from the bottom of the sheath and is wrapped with blue and white beads. The opening edges and side seams are trimmed with dark blue beads.

One pair of leggings or "botas" made of leather and decorated with floral beaded motifs. The botas are made of rectangular pieces of leather that have round half circle shapes stitched to the tops. These half circles are folded over to form exaggerated flaps at the top of each legging. The edges of each legging are trimmed with leather. The curved flap edges are trimmed with green cotton fabric. The inner edges of each bota are decorated with red wool stroud cloth. The cloth is cut into a serrated shape along the straight edges, and cut into a straight band along the curved edges. The white selvage of the stroud cloth is visible on the serrated pieces. U shaped instep of red wool fabric that has undyed white serrated edge at the top. Moccasin has pointed toe, gathered at the instep. The ankle flap is tall and bound at the top edge with a brown madder brown geometric print fabric. The ankle flap edge has a strip of serrated edge wool fabric hanging down from the top of the flap. There are six pictures of generals in the bottom two corners. At the top is the "Soldier's Memorial" in writing and picture at the top. This is a poster for the Spanish-American war. Along the edges are drawing of soldiers and tents and boats in the background. Below the soldiers there are loved ones saying goodbye to each other and a sign saying, "Return Home." Below the loved ones there are cannons and swords. In the center of this poster are lists of privates and remarks on each side. In the middle is information about the regiment and the leaders.

This is a U.S. Army three-color desert camouflage jacket. This jacket belonged to Robert Ford. There are two badges on the collar. The left side is a bar meaning first lieutenant. The right side is two crossed swords meaning cavalry. On the chest there is a field medical badge. It is the regular medical symbol with a stretcher behind it.
