Plain standup collar of braid gold thread crossed rifles insignia with letters "NNG" on each side of collar. Plain sleeves have insignia of colonel on shoulders.

Pair of khaki World War I era jodphur type uniform pants with six-button fly, two rear button flap pockets, two front pockets with button enclosure, and a watch pocket on the right hip. The pants have two fabric cinches along the belt line and a small pocket along front's inner lining. The lower sections of each pant leg are reinforced and have eight buttons for tightening the cuff. A pocket is stamped "Sept. 12, 1918" and "Branch" is written in script along the back inner lining. Goes with Service Jacket 7737-74
