Description Color offset lithograph on white paper. Poster for the March of Dimes illustrated by John Falter. The image featured is of a boy wearing a yellow and green shirt, jeans, boots, and six-guns on his waist leaning on crutches. Behind him is a man tinted green wearing a Army uniform, helmet, vest with grenades, and a holster with a pistol, reaching a hand forward. The man is holding a rifle in the other hand against a red background. "This Fight is Yours" is printed in white text on the right edge. On the bottom of the page is yellow and white text: "Join the March of Dimes" above the supporting foundation's name and founder. On the right is a logo: "Right // Infantile // Paralysis" over a red baton.
