Description Magazine clipping. White paper with black text and a black and white illustration. Clipping of a story "Tar's Day of Bravery" by Sherwood Anderson from the Woman's Home Companion. The illustration featured on the front page depicts three boys standing on a bridge watching a fourth boy fall backwards into the river. Trees and bushes are visible along the banks of the river/stream. The illustration accompanies a story printed on the right side of the paper. The illustration is captioned: "Tar made a quick dive and, great Scott, he had done it." Written on the bottom right of the paper in red is a note giving credit to the illustrator. On the back side is a continuation of the story. Three columns of text are printed across the paper.
