Description Color offset lithograph on white paper. Printing proof of a yellow tinted illustration for Reader's Digest featuring a man in a wheelchair opening a box on his lap. The box contains a kitten. A woman in a coat stands beside him holding her purse. A table is visible on the lower left with a vase filled with flowers sitting on top. A window to the right of the man provides a view of a bay filled with boats. The window has blinds pulled up at the top. The illustration is framed by a black line. Printed on the top edge are stripes of black and yellow. Above the stripes is a text box titled "Reader's Digest Condensed Books." In the box are fields with black handwritten information. The fields ask for the book, page, date, and proof number.
