Description Color offset lithograph on white paper. Magazine clipping featuring an illustration by John Falter. Illustration for a story, "The Filled Cup," in Pictorial Review magazine. It is a continuation of the back illustration on 10645-2852. COLORS: black, white, brown, maroon, varying shades of orange and gray. It depicts a man laying a woman down on a white armchair with a long seat. The woman is wearing a light orange dress, a maroon scarf, and a gray-and-brown plaid jacket. She appears to be asleep. The man is wearing a brown suit jacket with an orange-and-white dress shirt. There is dark orange carpet on the floor. In the background is a fireplace, a portrait, and a table with a vase of white flowers on it. To the proper left of the illustration is a column of text and a a depiction of orange-and-white striped envelopes and letters. At the bottom of the column is a caption for the illustration. "P.R. - 1938" is written in graphite at the top of the page.
