Title Proof, Printing; John Falter; Offset Lithograph; Briggs
Object Name Proof, Printing
Description An advertisement for Briggs. Actually, it looks like the real drawing, not a print. The upper two thirds of the ad show a fisherman with a pipe on the proper right and a man catching a fish on the proper left. Above the man catching a fish is 'Ah-h-h!... that wonderful BRIGGS!' Below the illustration on the proper right is a section of scribbles, set up like text, but can't be read. On the proper left is 'BRIGGS, The Blissful Bowlful.' Under that it looks like a pipe had been drawn, then erased.
