Description Color offset lithograph on white adhesive paper. Eight sheets of U.S. 10 cent stamps with four stamps per sheet featuring artwork by John Falter. Three full sheets and one half sheet of stamps featuring a large tan tent in front of a grove of trees surrounded by cars and people walking into the tent. On the bottom of the stamp is the black text: "Chautauqua 1874-1974 U.S. 10c". On the top of the stamp is the white and black outlined text: "Rural America". Four sheets of stamps featuring a train with two passenger cars traveling through yellow wheat fields. On the bottom of the stamp is the black text: "Kansas Hard Winter Wheat 1874-1974 U.S. 10c". On the top of the stamp is the white and black outlined text: "Rural America".
