Description It appears to be real silver. It is a shallow, horizontally long, skinny rectangle shape with rounded sides. There is a hinged lid on top that's mouth opens apprx. .25 inches from the edge. The case is fully engraved with a fine wavy pattern and also engraved with decorative swirls all around the edges. In the middle of the case there is a smooth circle and engraved inside is "W. J. Bryan Lincoln, Nebr." Inside there is a purple velvet lining and a simple clasp.
