Description It is a yellow, red, white, and blue striped sash with a badge pin near the top of the sash. The badge is gold blue, and red and at the top of it, it says "President" then it has a red cross right below the "I" in President. Then below the red cross, it has another cross that says 'WRC, 1883" and in the middle of the cross" it has two people holding hands.
