Description Small framed commemorative certificate. There is an illustration of a priest holding a chalice and wafer and three boys and three girls standing in front of him. Below is a place to write in the Name, Parish, and Date of the child's first communion. This was presented to Roger Boye, Blessed Sacrament, May 6, 1956. The certificate and frame are arch shaped and curved at the top. The frame is cream colored plastic with engraved symbols. There is a clear plastic cover over the certificate.
