Written beneath the frame in graphite is "Boss for Dinner." Drawn outside the frame are six heads labeled "Bosses". The heads are of a balding man wearing glasses. Two heads are of a woman and a younger male.
The paper used is from a Artcraft Water Color Paper spiral bound sketchbook. The paper was made by M. Grumbacher in New York, New York.
