|History||This jacket was worn by Col. Forrest E. Overholser. Overholser began his military career with the 51st Iowa volunteers during the Spanish American War. He moved to Lincoln in 1928 to organize the reserves of the 7th Corps, 355th Infantry. Overholser died August 8, 1943.|
