Description Magazine clipping of a page from Liberty magazine. Color offset lithograph on white paper. The page features columns of text and illustrations from the story "Roses for Finerty" by George S. Brooks. The page is cut around an illustration of a five men playing football. One side features an illustration of five football players playing football. Three men in white uniforms are playing offense--a player on the left is carrying the football--and two men in black uniforms are on defense. The illustration is signed on the right. A caption is printed above. Beneath is a line of text across the bottom of the page. The reverse side features a convertible with a man at the wheel has crashed the driver's side headlight into a covered car. A caption is printed on the lower left of the illustration. A credit for the illustrator is printed on the lower right: "Pictures by // John // Falter."
