Description Color offset lithograph on white paper. Printing proof of an illustration by John Falter for the story "Celebrity" by Dwight Mitchell Wiley" for McCall's magazine. The illustration features an illustration of a brunette woman in a red dress escorted by a man in a tuxedo meeting a couple at a table in a restaurant. The man in a tuxedo seated at the table is half standing and his companion, a woman in a white dress, is watching as he stands. At the top of the page is the name of the story "Celebrity," beneath which is a teaser and the author's name. The illustration continues on the top left with two men smoking cigarettes in twin beds. Printed on the left edge are red proof stamps. Written on the back of the sheet in graphite is the note: "Celebrity #3 Sept. // John Falter".
