Description Woman's Home Companion cover, November 1922, by Neysa McMein featuring a woman in a carnival costume--white dress decorated with flowers, black hat, and a black lace shroud--holding a mask. The woman is looking ahead. She has been painted against blue background. At the top of the paper is the magazine title. Below on the left is a yellow square with the price and date in blue. On the lower right is a white band across the corner with the names of people featured in the magazine. Printed along the bottom edge in small black text are the publisher's name and illustrator's name. On the reverse side is a color ad titled "Bon // Ami // For how many things // do you use it" featuring the many uses of the cleaner Bon Ami. Ten illustrations feature women using the product bordering a paragraph about the product.
