Description Graphite illustration on white paper depicting two boys mixing paint on a workbench. A white haired boy on the left is covered with paint and is holding up a dripping brush over the paint tin. A dark haired boy on the right observes with his hands tucked in his back pockets. The illustration has "p. 68" written in red ink on a tag and taped to the bottom edge. "68" is written on the lower right corner. Written on the front along the bottom right edge is "50% of original size." The drawing is glued to a blue cardboard. On the back of the board "Illus // #15" is written in the upper left corner in graphite. Illustration is for Me'N'Steve.

Models for the characters were Falter's stepson Jay Wiley, and his friend Gordy Clark for "Steve."
