Object Name Clipping, Magazine
Description Magazine clipping from the Ladies Home Journal. Color offset lithograph on white paper. One side features the story "Love A La Mode" with illustrations by John Falter. The illustration is of a woman and a man seated on cushions in a terminal leaning against a blue and white tiled wall. Above them is a sign pointing a "Way Out." Their baggage surrounds them and ripped tickets litter the floor. A man is sitting to the left of the couple with his bags, and a man is standing to the right of the couple. The four are singing. A man is walking, his leg and hand in view, from the left edge carrying a helmet. Behind the illustration and down the left side is a blue background. Two columns of text are printed on the lower right of the page. On the reverse side is an illustration of a woman standing on a rock observing a ship sailing on green water below a yellow sky. The woman is viewed from the jungle; leaves frame the illustration.
