HEAVY ARTIFACT, HANDLE WITH CARE!
Large round catlinite cutting board. Made of deep red stone, with pinkish discolorations. The stone is not completely flat and curves upwards slightly. The top part of the cutting board is polished and the underside is unpolished. The bottom of the board has white and yellowish green discolorations on it. There are numerous scratches on the top surface of the board from use.

|History||This collection was left to the Brady family by Dorothy Brown Thompson, a friend of the family who died with no heirs. Dortothy's grandmother, Harriet Brown, was married to Rev. W.A. Galt who was at the Blackbird Hills Presbyterian Church at the Omaha Agency from 1896-1898|
