Description Pewter plate. Design on the grey plate of a man wearing a tri-corner hat, pants and boots sitting on a rearing horse. Three people are standing in front of the rearing horse, looking up at the man. The man is gesturing behind him. In the background is a low stone wall and two-story houses. The edge of the plate has a continuous line design. On the base of the plate is a stamp for the United States Bicentennial, the title of the artwork on the plate, stars motif around the base, the copyright, and number.
