Description Offset lithograph on white cardboard. Color illustration featured on the middle with a green border. Illustration of a soldier in green fatigues and a white hat carrying a backpack, rifle, and helmet on his shoulder. The soldier faces right but is looking over his shoulder. In the background a crane and its operator are visible. Printed above the illustration on the top edge in green and red text: "Build and fight in the // Navy Seabees." Red text printed below the illustration: "Wanted- Construction Workers." On the bottom of the page is a green rectangle with more recruitment information and a bee holding a jackhammer. In small green print on the bottom edge: "Order No. 38" on the left, and "BUPERS-NRB-36965--31 July 43--50M."
