The newsletter has four pages of black text with halftone photographs featuring articles on literature, artists, authors, and editors. The title of the newsletter is printed on a red rectangle on the top right of the cover. An article is written on John Falter on the fourth page/back cover titled "Falter Finds a Model Situation." The article details the July 3rd cover of the Saturday Evening Post, informing that the models used to stage the illustration were Chicago executives. Included with the article is the illustration in black and white, and a photograph of Falter, Andy Chuka and herb McLaughlin standing next to Falter as he shows them an illustration he did of himself and Chuka in Arizona.
