Description Color offset lithograph on white paper. Magazine clipping of the May 18, 1946 Saturday Evening Post cover. The black cover features the illustration "The Old House" by John Falter. The illustration is of three people--a blonde woman wearing a white shirt and yellow skirt, a man wearing a white hat, brown shirt, and tan pants, and a man wearing a grey suit--standing on a sidewalk facing a broken down three-story brick house. The house has broken windows, discolored walls, and boarded up windows. The lawn is overgrown and the steps are worn. The woman is holding blueprints and her companion is point at the house. On the lower left corner is the artist's signature. At the top of the clipping is the title of the magazine, date, and a listing of articles contained in the magazine. An address stamp is adhered to the bottom right.
