Description Magazine clipping of pages twenty-five through twenty-six of the Good Housekeeping April 1940 issue. Color offset lithograph on white paper. Page twenty-six features an illustration on the top half of the page and three columns of text on the lower half. The illustration features a man and woman walking through a field beneath a dark cloudy sky. A wood fence is broken down in the foreground. Beneath the illustration on the right is the first part of the title of the story: "Open." "Illustrated by John Falter" is printed below the middle column. The page number is printed on the upper left corner. Page twenty five features three columns of text and an illustration on the upper right of a woman sitting on the lap of a man smoking a pipe. The two are sitting in front of a window in the background. In the foreground is a fishing hat and two photographs.
