The drawing is of Paul Revere's ride; a rider in colonial clothes is mounted on a galloping horse moving from left to right. The rider is looking toward the left, pointing behind him with his right arm. A fence and bushes are drawn in the middleground. Houses are drawn in the background. One house has a figure looking out a second floor window. In the distance is a Moon and clouds. A circle frame is drawn around the scene with two small plus signs drawn on center left edge of the paper. The artist's signature is written on the lower right of the circle.
