Description Ink on cardboard. Black cartoon titled "Comparatively Speaking" in graphite at the top of the sheet. The cartoon is made up of two scenes in a rectangle. On the top half is a man chopping wood in the wilderness. A dog sits on the right watching his progress. In the background are evergreen trees and log cabin. On the bottom half is a man swinging a golf club. His caddy is on the left, sinking into the ground. In the background is a green and the clubhouse. A note is written beneath in graphite: "attempted Cartoon strip".
