Description Mailer brochure on semi-glossy paper featuring black and white halftone photographs and black text. The brochure is for the John Lord King designed Falter house in Belvedere, California. The mailer, titled "The West Side of Belvedere // At Its Finest," features five photographs of the interior and exterior of the house with captions printed beneath with descriptions printed on the inside of the mailer. On the back side of the mailer is a photograph of the pool and view of the Golden Gate Bridge. The front side has Grubb and Ellis's address and Falter's address written in black ink. In the upper right corner is a 15 cent stamp and a postmark dated January 7, 1980. Stapled on the inside upper left is a photocopy of a newspaper article with the real estate listing for the "Belvedere Exclusive."
