Description Color offset lithograph on white paper. Poster featuring the February 1, 1947 Saturday Evening Post cover. The cover features the illustration "Waiting for the Bus in the Snow" by John Falter. The illustration depicts a boy and a girl in winter clothing waiting beside a mailbox in the foreground for a yellow school bus rolling up the hill on a snow covered road in the country. Waiting with the two children is a shaggy dog. The country road winds up the right edge of the cover, with telephone poles running beside it. On the left are fields, a house and red barn, and trees. The landscape is made up of snow covered hills with brown trees. On the lower left corner is the artist's printed and handwritten signature. At the top of the page is title of the magazine, date, and a listing of articles contained in the magazine. Printed on the bottom left edge is the date.
