Description Graphite illustration on white paper depicting two boys filling a balloon with a liquid. One boy, white haired on the right, pours a liquid out of a canister. The other boy, with dark hair, kneels and holds a funnel to the balloon. Beside the boys is a backpack with holes attached to it. The hoses are spread out on the ground. The illustration has "p. 85" written in red ink on a tag and taped to the bottom edge. "P 85" is written on the lower right corner. Written on the board along the bottom right edge is "50% of original size." The drawing is glued to a blue cardboard. On the back of the board is "Illus // #19" written in the upper left corner in graphite. A design note is written on the middle of the back accompanied by a sketch of a balloon. Illustration is for Me'N'Steve.

Models for the characters were Falter's stepson Jay Wiley, and his friend Gordy Clark for "Steve."
