On the left is a man with his arms crossed over his chest looking up at another man leaning down and gesturing toward him. Both men have beards, wild hair, and arms and legs exposed. In the background are clouds and birds. On the right is a bird. On the bottom right is the artist's initials. To the left of the signature is the name: "Mr. Geo. E. Dovey". On the reverse side is George H. Falter's letterhead followed by typed lines of gibberish.
