Description White paper menu for the 1941 Fort Robinson Thanksgiving dinner secured inside a slightly larger tan cover by a staple along the center fold, as well as a ribbon through two paper punches along the center fold. A decoration featuring an illustration of a turkey and a cornucopia is in the bottom proper right corner. An illustration of a native American drum and a feather is in the upper proper left corner of the cover. Blue lettering reads "Thanksgiving / 1941 / Remount Depot / Fort Robinson / Nebraska." The menu is printed in red ink on the first inner page. The remaining three pages contain a troop roster arranged by rank.

Written in ink on the back is "21 July 74 / Homer Blank Ainsworth, Nebr." This name is listed on the roster in the Privates First Class section within the Veterinary Detachment.
