Description Color offset lithograph on white paper. Poster featuring the artwork of John Falter. On the top half of the poster is an illustration of a fighter plane getting ready to take off an aircraft carrier. Running around on the deck are sailors. The illustration is titled: "Scene on Flight Deck of Modern U.S. Army Aircraft Carrier" on the lower left edge. Below the illustration is the line "Your Navy-First Line of // Attack" over blue. On the bottom of the page is a blue rectangle with destroyers, patrollers, and aircraft carriers moving forward on the top of the rectangle. Printed in white: "Navy Day Oct. 27th." Below a red stripe on the bottom edge are two notes written in graphite.
