Description Color offset lithograph on white paper. A print of the painting "The Unkillable Quarry," by John Falter, which features a soldier (possibly Japanese) in a green jumpsuit floating in a parachute in front of an approaching gold fighter airplane. Behind the plane and the soldier are streaks of clouds above black. The painting is framed by a grey border. The title of the piece is printed beneath the image. The artist's signature is written on the lower left. Printed beneath the lower left corner of the print is the manufacturer's name and date: "(c) Esquire, Inc., 1943." Printed beneath the lower right corner of the print: "Painted Especially for Esquire."
